ClickBank.com is a giant marketplace for information products.
Vendors use ClickBank to sell their products. Affiliates use ClickBank to find products to market.
One of the many great things about ClickBank is that it provides a
wealth of valuable information that makes researching niches EASY.
That’s because it answers three of the four questions you need to ask yourself before selecting a niche:
To sum up…

The most important statistic here for your research is “gravity.”
Note: Gravity does NOT tell you how high the “conversion
rate” is or how many sales are made. “Conversion rate” is the
percentage of people who click on the offer and actually BUY it.
You don’t need to worry about this at the moment; I’ll talk more about conversion rates later in this course. However what this does mean is: don’t make the highest gravity your sole reason for promoting a product.
Here is a quick video showing you the ClickBank research process above:
As I talked about before, one of the most important questions you
need to ask yourself when selecting a niche is “are customers known to
buy?” The gravity score is an indicator that customers in this niche do, in fact, buy.
So if you find multiple products, all with a gravity score of 30 or more, that’s a niche with the potential to make you money.
I say potential because you will need to do a little more research. But this is an important first step!

ClickBank.com is a giant marketplace for information products.
Vendors use ClickBank to sell their products. Affiliates use ClickBank to find products to market.
“Affiliates” are people who promote products online.
A vendor issues the affiliate a unique link to promote a product.
That link is called an “affiliate link.”
If someone clicks that link and buys, the vendor knows that customer was sent by that affiliate.
The affiliate has just earned a commission on that sale.

That’s because it answers three of the four questions you need to ask yourself before selecting a niche:
- Are there lots of things to sell? Clickbank allows you to see how many products are being offered in different niches.
- Are customers known to buy? If you see multiple products in a niche, all of them making some sales, then customers are obviously buying in this niche.
- Can you market to this niche online in a profitable way? For each product in its Marketplace, ClickBank shows you a critical piece of data called “Gravity.” This number indicates how many affiliates are making sales of that product. It’s an excellent indicator of online profitability. If affiliates are finding it worth their while to promote that product, they’re doing well in it and making a profit.
Remember, your best bet starting out is to
find a niche that other people are thriving in and carve out your own
piece of that.

- ClickBank allows you to see lots of products in lots of different niches.
- If there are multiple products making sales, there is customer demand.
- And Gravity shows you which niches affiliates are thriving in, and which they are not.
Step 1: Go to the ClickBank marketplace, which is located at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Select a niche you are interested in researching. You can find them on the left side of the page.
Step 3: When you select a niche, you will see a list of products. Each of the products have statistics on them that look like this…
The most important statistic here for your research is “gravity.”
The purpose of the “gravity score” is to show how successfully a product
is being promoted by affiliates.
A higher gravity score suggests that many affiliates are promoting
the product and making sales.
When you are researching niches, you want to look out for niches where there are multiple products with high gravity scores.
That tells you there are lots of affiliates in that niche who are making sales.

You don’t need to worry about this at the moment; I’ll talk more about conversion rates later in this course. However what this does mean is: don’t make the highest gravity your sole reason for promoting a product.
As a general rule, the best ClickBank niches have multiple offers with a gravity score of at least 30. |
So if you find multiple products, all with a gravity score of 30 or more, that’s a niche with the potential to make you money.
I say potential because you will need to do a little more research. But this is an important first step!
